FUE hair transplant
FUE is a method of hair transplant without leaving visible scars, without a scalpel and without seams. It consists of taking the follicular units (a group of 1-5 hair follicles) with a device with a diameter of less than one millimeter. We use the most technologically advanced device available on the market, obtaining the highest possible quality of the graft and the minimum percentage of damage. The doctor cuts the skin and subcutaneous tissue around the follicular units with a special head, constantly monitoring the direction of hair growth, and they are pulled out manually. Automatic suction systems are not used, which accelerate the work, but contribute significantly to the damage and drying of the capillary units. Hair is often taken from the occipital area, but other areas, such as the chin, can also be used. After the hair is collected, there are small scabs that fall out after a few days. Collection sites become invisible without leaving a linear and unsightly scar. It is possible to transplant up to approximately 2,500 follicular units or approximately 6,000 hairs at the same time. The procedure takes several hours, is painless thanks to local anesthesia and the patient can leave the clinic the same day. The hair at the transplant site will finally grow back after about 9 months. Transplanted hair is insensitive to androgens and stays in the new place for practically the rest of your life. Surgical treatment is often supplemented with appropriate medications.
